Team 3 Sports and Fitness

specializes in sports performance training for ages 6 through adults. With an emphasis on speed, agility, strength improvement, and explosive training techniques, Team 3 has designed training programs that will yield major results on the playing field and court.

ADULT FITNESS TRAINING

Initial Fitness Assessment

An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Team 3's  fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.

The Fitness assessment measures is included with each program except boot camps:

  • Body fat
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Body Measurements
  • Muscle strength

One-on-One Personal Training

In our One-on-One training we will guide you through a program of dynamic training that will burn major calories, build strong muscles and yield the results you've been . I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

Small Group Personal Training (2-6 persons) or Cross Training Groups

Are you someone who doesn’t like to work out on your own? If so, Team 3 has the perfect solution for you. Team 3 will combine strength training and cardiovascular conditioning to tone your body, lose excess pounds, and strengthen your core. If you come up with your own group, such as friends or co-workers, Team 3 may schedule your workouts during your lunch break or at a time that is most convenient for you. In our small group personal training, all workouts are customized for each persons.

Our fitness instructors challenge you and push you beyond what you thought you could do in our Group Cross Training classes in a fun and competitive environment. In our Group Cross Training you will drop the weight and tone up quickly while finding the inner athlete in you when take advantage of the high paced and challenging unlimited plan.

**Groups are divided into a Beginner's Group and Adult Athlete Group by fitness level for safety purposes.**

Scheduled  Small Groups & Cross Training:

Monday: 5am, 5:30am, 6pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 6:30pm

Wednesday: 5am, 5:30am (will add evening class if needed)

Thursday: 6pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 5am, 5:30am

Saturday at 7am

Team 3's Anti-Childhood Obesity Program

An interactive program with Team 3's trainers that makes working out fun and engaging that focuses on optimal weight loss for youth ages 6-13. Our T3 Anti-Childhood Obesity Program is tailored for each child in the group. Groups are kept to maximum of 5 students per group.

3 days a week $150/month
