Initial Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Team 3's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures is included with each program except boot camps:
- Body fat
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Body Measurements
- Muscle strength
One-on-One Personal Training
In our One-on-One training we will guide you through a program of dynamic training that will burn major calories, build strong muscles and yield the results you've been . I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.
Small Group Personal Training (2-6 persons) or Cross Training Groups
Team 3's Anti-Childhood Obesity Program
An interactive program with Team 3's trainers that makes working out fun and engaging that focuses on optimal weight loss for youth ages 6-13. Our T3 Anti-Childhood Obesity Program is tailored for each child in the group. Groups are kept to maximum of 5 students per group.
3 days a week $150/month
